Its main purpose is to simplify the administration of music catalogs and encourage proper registration to ensure efficient and timely monetization. It is aimed at music creators (artists, composers, producers, session musicians), managers, publishers, and collective management entities.

The main features of Divisi include:
Creation of split sheets to define and sign participation percentages.
Creation of specialized contracts for the music industry.
Assignment and receipt of music credits.
Cloud backup of audio, lyrics, and documents.
Secure download and sharing with complete traceability.
Registration of works with collective management entities.
Intelligent assistant (Divi), specialized in the music industry, that guides and supports the user.
Divisi offers basic and premium plans, tailored to the needs and size of each user.
3. Business Model
Divisi operates as a SaaS (Software as a Service) subscription-based service. Users pay a fixed monthly or annual fee, regardless of usage volume. Annual plans may include special discounts. Currently, Divisi is in Open Beta phase.
4. Geographic and Legal Scope
Divisi currently operates in Chile and is in the process of expanding to the United States. It is governed by the applicable legislation in each country where it provides services. For users in Chile, Chilean legislation applies; for users in the U.S., the corresponding regulations apply.
5. Liability and Limitations
Divisi acts solely as a facilitating platform for the entry and management of music catalog information and support in the registration of works.
The user is solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided. Divisi does not guarantee:
The acceptance of registrations by societies or collective management entities.
The date or actual payment of royalties.

The service may be interrupted due to maintenance or updates. In such cases, Divisi will maintain active communication and support channels.
6. Intellectual Property
The user retains full ownership of their music and data. Divisi does not claim or receive commissions on generated royalties.
Divisi may use user content (name, logo, images, or works) only with prior and explicit authorization for marketing purposes or success stories. All intellectual property of the software, source code, brand, and other assets of Divisi is the exclusive property of the company and may not be copied or used without prior written consent.
